Super 8 Edmonton Int. Airport, located at 8004 Sparrow Crescent, Leduc, AB, T9E 7G1. The company is currently looking for applications for the role of Front desk agent. We are seeking a self-disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. The chosen applicant will be required to join and begin their duties as soon as possible. The role being offered is Permanent employment or Full time. The Day, Evening, Weekend schedule incorporates shift timings.
Requirements
Languages
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
Education Requirements
- The competitor should have a minimum secondary (high) graduation certificate qualification.
Experience Requirements
- The competitor should have a minimum work experience of 7 months to less than one year to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
- Job seekers will register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- The candidate should process group arrivals and departures.
- The applicant must take, cancel and change room reservations.
- The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- The applicant must provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- The competitor can process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- The aspirant should maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Job seekers will do clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying).
- The aspirant should answer the telephone and relay calls and messages to help people make calls without speaking or listening.
- The competitor can provide customer service.
