Dhesi Meat Shop situated in Surrey, BC, is seeking applications for the job position of Retail butcher who are enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal skills. We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take their responsibilities at the earliest. Responsibilities

• The applicant must clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
• The candidate must cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The applicant must wrap and package prepared meats.
• The competitor should know deboning to get the fleshy part of the chicken by removing bones from the meat.
• The applicant must weigh meats for sale.
• The aspirant should cut poultry into parts.
• Job seekers will price meat products.
• The candidate must slean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• Job seekers will sell meat to customers.
• The competitor can grind meats.
• The candidate must make special sausages.
• The applicant must slice cooked meats.
• The aspirant should prepare special orders.
• The candidate must prepare unique meats, poultry, and fish product displays.
• The competitor can shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.
